I prefer to be able to talk to someone and all i was offered was a text chat which takes a very long time and is not efficient. That said, the text handler (in this case reference ci8) was very helpful, but i have just taken out insurance with another provider as they offer a telephone call facility. It is a shame as the One Call policy is good value, it is just the customer experience that lets things down.
