The price is good but we have had a dreadful experience trying to change our policy. To be honest we would’ve gone to another provider if the price hadn’t been so good. We bought a new camper van and couldn’t change our policy through the portal. The ‘on line’ chat cannot be easily accessed and the advisors are unable to call you if needed. We were advised we needed to talk to the sales team and that they would call. This took two days and I had to chase. When they did call, I was on the underground and they left a voicemail for me to call back. When I did I was informed the phone lines were temporarily unavailable. This also happened the next day. To say I was frustrated is a massive understatement!!!! I had to go through the chat line palaver again to ask for a further call. When I did eventually talk to EN2 she was very helpful and efficient. Otherwise the customer support system is an absolute shambles!!!!
