Bought car insurance on 19/10/21 with Emily.Received e-mail enclosing documents .
Tried to register but got nowhere because I was told that my e- mail address was invalid . Nonsense it was the e-mail address you used to communicate with me . I tried another tack and was told the registration already existed , but where was I to go from there.my experience with trying to read the documents has been absolutely terrible. I suggest you send me a hard copy in the post
