The online chat agent took forever to reply to my queries & comments etc. She also did her best to put obstacles in the way of my cancelling my policy. This is probably not her fault - it's what she's been told to do, but it's very annoying. And at the end of the conversation I'm told I won't get any refund, even though my policy still has two-thirds of its life to run!
