Whilst the chat line solved the problem, the contact JL8 was helpful, but the whole process th change an address was too slow.
Firstly the portal did not work, as soon as I tried to pay for the transaction with my saved card your system froze and would not let me proceed, the same card worked without problems on the chat line. Trying to contact One call by telephone was impossible as phone lines are closed during stated hours. Not a very good advertisement for yourselves One call.
