All I requested was for my proof of no claims bonus to be emailed to me instead of being sent to me as an attachment as part of my live chat. I was advised that this was not possible which, considering all of your insurance docs are available via email, I find really unhelpful.
A customer support contact telephone number would be very useful, instead of there only being a number to report an accident.
