Although the chatline was OK I wanted to speak to a person directly so that I could explain my situation. I will be checking to ensure that the next insurance company I use has people to talk to and not just chatlines. You have a phone number but its very limited in choice of problem to discuss, and even when you get someone they are not working directly for you. Its not good enough
