waste of time. i called ONE call only after 15 mins to be told i should call my insurance company direct ie another call. then they do not answer as it was obviously too much trouble for them, so i was then advised to call 24hr emegency number. i did this only to be told it was not an emegency so my windscreen remains broken and i have lost all fauth with ONE call
