The people I spoke to over the phone/Live Chat were friendly and courteous, however this was a very unprofessional experience. Wrong information, incorrect phone numbers, speaking to answer phones that didn't inform the caller of what company you had been connected to. What should have been a quick enquiry turned into a full morning of wasted time and phone calls. 'One Call' should be renamed 'Multiple Calls'
