I cannot use computers and am very bad at texting. I find your live chat extremely difficult and frustrating to use. I had to speak to my wife on the phone from work whilst she texted on her phone. A long and difficult call, also having to wait some time between each comment for the agent to answer us.
Not at all satisfied with the outcome today and I will be seriously considering changing my insurance company to one that will actually speak to me on the phone.
