I had an accident last week and involved a neighbours car. My car was collected the same day. Sadly my neighbour has not been treated well at all, a week later, and no further forward.
Endless "it's being dealt with, and someone will call you back" only one call was returned. She still has a damaged car on her drive and no sign of a courtesy car. She can't go out as she's sat waiting for calls that don't come. Very very disappointed with the lack of care.
