Very dissapointed, their customer service has been excellent to date, when you actually have an issue to resolve the systems employed are far from adequate, I have cancelled my policy at great cost because I have lost all confidence in this company, I have also stopped the auto renewal on my other existing policy so I won't have the stress of having to call 'onecall'. This is not a slating of their staff, they have been excellent, this is a system issue that seriously need to be looked at by their operations team. I am still awaiting a conclusion and documents so I can go elsewhere. If you want good value cover, these are great, if you need to use it well I don't know how you'd get on based on my experience with them. Good luck.
