Hmm. Took me three days to actually get through to someone on chat... When I did get through I was told that I had to cancel my current policy and that someone would call me back from sales within 48 hours! I understand that I may not be able to do everything on the portal but I should be able to resolve immediately by chat. And wait times should never be more than 5 minutes...
