I took out Full Comprehensive insurance with this company on line for my VW Polo in December 2021. I requested paper documents & was told, on line, that I'd receive them within 7-10 days. They never did arrive, my car has not been used for the past several months due to serious health issues so decided to sell it. I sold it on Monday 28/2/22 & emailed the company with this information & informed them I no longer required the insurance. I was totally gobsmacked when I was refunded just £39.80 but One Call kept £59.99 I expect was the cancellation fee. I have no doubt there must have been some clause or other in the 'SMALL PRINT'. The fact that there are NO telephone numbers so one is not able to speak to them should have warned me off. Personally I would NOT deal with this company ever again & nor would I recommend them to anyone.
