Such a shame that the customer service experience doesn't
match the excellent products. The web site quotes opening times Monday to Friday 8 til 8 but I received a recorded message at 15:40 saying the lines are now closed. So tried online chat- passed between different teams (all I wanted was the contact number for Breakdown) and was told "it's in my documentation"
What a waste of space !!!!!
