You can't speak to anybody on the phone when you need to change vehicles on your policy.
I sat in a dealership for over an hour after my new vehicle had been handed over, because the live chat system takes so long.
One call also seemed unable to find my exact vehicle, so I ended up with something different on the policy, to what is on my vehicle specs.
They assured me I'm still insured....
Anyway. I've paid just over £100 for a very time consuming/frustrating and not exactly confidence inspiring experience.
Will be looking elsewhere for my next policy.
