The "Live Chat" service is abysmal and is the only way to contact One Call unless you have a claim. I entered the live chat as I wanted to find out when I would be receiving my car insurance renewal. I was 14th in the queue & after 20 minutes I was at queue position 8. Five minutes later I was back to number 11. After 80 minutes I finally made contact and even then did not get a straight answer to my question. Just wondering what if my query was more urgent such as a change of vehicle. I wish they would go back to telephone contact when I had no previous bother. Seriously thinking of taking my 3 policies elsewhere !!!
