My live chat with Chloe did what I needed…in the end!
SO long to get connected to live chat.
No phone numbers except for accident/emergency. Not one.
Not possible to use portal for anything.
Thinking at the moment that despite a very reasonable initial premium, I am not confident about One Calls business model when I really need them.
I cannot fault Chloe…
