The first agent that I spoke to was totally unable to deal with my query. He finally sent me to a different department. They couldn't help me and sent me back to.the original department, where I spoke to a different agent. Finally he was able to understand that, in buying a new car I needed to move my no claims bonus from my old insurance. It took me over an hour. It was rubbish service. Surely people buy new cars all the time. What was so difficult to understand?
