The assistant today was really helpful up to the point where we got cut off. The cost of insurance is very competitive however the confirmation hadn’t arrived 3 days after payment. There doesn’t seem to be a live phone number (should be called no call insurance) Then the chat bot took me an hour and 20 mins overall to get the problem sorted. Not impressed so for, would not be recommending to any friends yet.
