I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get an answer re cancellation of policy but each time when using the chat line I either didn’t get an answer or the session expired. I have even replied to an e mail but again no answer. I am anxious to resolve this issue as my policy is due to be cancelled on the 3rd May 2022. The only positive was the last on line chat I had with Tyler who told me that my policy would remain live for the present.
