I took out insurance to commence the following day. The following day I logged into my portal which stated that I was still not insured because you had not processed my documents. This meant I could not use my vehicle. We had a planned trip today which had to be cancelled!! This is the first time that I have experienced this with an insurance company... so I would not recommend using you company ,,, or use you again
