I’ve contacted you 3 times now since I took my insurance out yesterday, I’ve still not received an activation email to view policy details, each time I’ve been told it has been resent, nothing, But I receive an email asking me how you ‘be done!!
Doesn’t help that you can’t seem to be able to speak to anyone on the phone!
