I had a scary letter giving me 5 days to provide NI no and driving licence no. Only had to confirm email and phone details. Did that and advised all OK. Very confusing now another text saying insurance will be cancelled as no license details despite the live chat saying all OK after waiting 40th in queue. Went to portal and provided info, no acknowledgement. Waiting for next text! Further email to say no license details and policy to be cancelled. If only they would talk on the phone as they did when we first took out insurance with them.
