Chat one took over 30 mins price to adjust £25.14 asked for email or phone number as had a hospital appointment and couldn’t wait any longer.
Chat two he looked at file and new price £68.66, this is just 24 hr after last call.
My policy does not start for another 10days.
Chat three as chat two finished and couldn’t get back to him, To cancel in less than 48hr cooling off time £49.99 I find that the increase of £41 for exactly the same issue is unacceptable when asked for email to pay from chat one
