The agent that handled my query was ok and I am satisfied with the service that they provided. However, I do not like the fact that I could only contact one call via chat. I had called the number that was shown on my contract document only to get a message saying I had to contact you via chat.
I tried and was cut off because I don't type fast. I had given up and started the process of seeking out another insurance provider but on about a week later I decided to try again and finally got through. I do not like the idea of speaking via chat
