Very poor Customer Service. I spoke to a lady called Jessy F, on live chat. Because she was too busy going for a cup of tea for 10 mins, writing a couple of sentences and going for dinner again, I had to stay glued on the phone for 70 mins. I only wanted to swap the car on the same policy which should have taken her no longer than 10 min max. She kept asking me the same questions she asked me 15 minutes ago and to say that I felt “frustrated” is understatement. I was extremely close to not renew my insurance with One Call just because of her. Honestly, the poorest experience I’ve had with insurance Customer Services
