In Jan 2022 took out a policy on a house in Highcliffe for £137..But the purchase fell thro and I never moved there so it would still have been insured by the Seller not me....All the refund I am to get is around £29 and the cancellation is costing me a further £59..
As I am now insuring my present property with you from tomoro 28 May 2022 , I feel that you are penalising me unfairly on the Woodhayes Avenue BH23 4RW.
