Your office number appears to be no longer in use. I needed to contact a real person in order to update my car insurance as, after going through the portal and online chat, this could not be done on line. It took me 2 days to make contact, as no one appears to answer the contact number I was given. The guitar music plays constantly, with no indication if I was in a queue or how long I was expected to wait in a queue. Once I finally got through to a person he was very helpful but before finalising the insurance the phone call was cut off!!!!! I did receive a call from yourselves a few hours later and the insurance was finalised. I have contacted you in the past with no problems, but this time it was extremely stressful and time consuming. Please ensure that you are contactable by telephone, or make a call back option available.
