So far I tried making a claim thrursday and Friday, I understand it was a bank holiday. But then today I tried calling them got cut of called back was put through to the department that is too busy to answer.
Went on the life chat where on the call the message is that an experiemced advisor will make the claim quicker but they have send me to another phone number which was too busy to answer.
I went into the client area there is a box to make a claim but after submitting my identity was given the same phone number again. So hard to make a claim.
