Took nearly an hour online to change insurance to new vehicle. No phone number to ring instead of live chat. Live Chat kept threatening to close due to inactivity despite the call being active. For a Company called One Call the fact you can't call them seems bizarre. This is a step backwards in customer service. They need to sort the technology and greatly speed up the process. Not impressed.
