LH1 was very helpful so thankful to her. As for the insurance company themselves: tried the number on their website, not available anymore you MUST use chat. The company has not emailed any form of PDF or details of my cover, only online (which I couldn't get into). Won't be sticking with this lot, the classic strategy of making it as hard as physically possible to find information is standard for One Call. Easieat thing you can do is give them money. fancy that.
