I don't understand why you are called One Call and yet I can't call and speak to anyone!! Tonight I tried to alter a car insurance . After being 27th in the queue and eventually getting through to Samantha and answering a few questions my connection ended. All a waste of time because I will have to start from the very beginning again now. Samantha was very efficient with her questions but the whole system seems unsatisfactory to me.
