Getting hold of anyone is so difficult! I called initially and opted for a call back, saving my place in the queue. After 20 minutes I heard nothing so decided to call again, this time waiting for an operator. I spoke to an operator after about 15 minutes waiting but due to interference on my mobile I asked if she could call me on my landline number, which I provided....and guess what...no call back! I then decided to try the online chat system...35 in the queue! I managed to start the online chat at 17:11 with the chat ending at 18:45! To be fair the operator (CA4) got my renewal quote down by £50 from the one originally quoted and CA4 was very informative and helpful with my questions. So, when you do get hold of someone they are helpful it's just the time it seems to take to get there and get your final answer.
