After trying to talk to someone for 1 hour and 30 mins i was ready to cancel my policy. Finally got a member of staff on Chat called DL4 to amend my policy. He was very helpful but your IT systems are not good enough.
Also the phone numbers on my policy for customer service etc are not in action. Lots of things need updating !!!!
