Obtaining insurance was a doddle. No fuss and easy to follow procedures.
However, contacting Onecall for anything else is virtually impossible!!
I wished to talk about my car insurance renewal as I had received competitive quotations. The "live chat" was DEAD. Phone lines kept me on hold for much longer than could be reasonably considered to be acceptable and there are no email addresses for contact.
All in all not a good customer friendly company.
