The rating given is not a reflection of the adviser, Jessica (jf3)spoken to today, who was very helpful, courteous and clear with the information provided.
I have found this whole discrepancy experience extremely stressful. I was informed by my previous insurer that my 8 years ncb was transferable to a motor vehicle. I now understand through this experience this is not the case. Furthermore I did not realise that a chipped windscreen repair was classified as a full claim, all additional payments have been made promptly.
