15 minutes after signing up, I had good reason to cancel and having tried desperately ever since to find information on how to do so! There is no contact telephone number and no information anywhere whatsoever regarding a 'cooling off period'and how to cancel.... This is so very frustrating, and if I can't contact somebody very soon, I will have to get my bank to intervene. This should be made so much easier and I've wasted best part of the day to do this simple thing. There's not even an option on 'frequently asked questions'.
Will somebody PLEASE advise how I can cancel this before the first payment is taken? All I want to do is TALK to someone!!
