WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A STRAIGHT FORWARD REQUEST TO AMEND A POLICY, ENDED UP WITH A 90 MINUTE "LIVE ONLINE CHAT" AND 30 MINUTE TELEPHONE CALL WITH A RESPONSE OF "WELL I CAN'T HELP, YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER". POOR ONE-CALL. YOU USED TO BE ON THE BALL.
