Whilst I do appreciate the fact you can speak to advisors in online chat - this is far superior to the old fashioned way over the phone, as it allows me to do this whilst working, and the conversation can be saved so no more lies from insurance companies that they later deny they told you!
However - once your policy is cancelled, you are unable to chat. This becomes an issue, in my case, when despite cancelling your policy you are still charged for it, and are unable to speak to them to get your refund! I will not be using them again or recommending to anyone.
