The password rule process is incorrect, it said 6 or more digits and it ends up after i failed attempt after another, that 10 are needed. It took hours from paying to being able to actually being insured. There was a hard and persistent sell for personal accident cover. There was no certificate or schedule in my portal. It was hard work arranging to have my documents posted to me.
Very poor service and probably the last time I use your company for that reason
