I find it extremely frustrating that you don’t have a contact number
Trying to complete something so simple took over 39 minutes via the chat - it’s ridiculous
Having to wait for an agent for ages and then when you do get connected you’re waiting 3 minutes i between messages !
I won’t be renewing
