Cancellation process DOES NOT WORK. The company charge a massive fee for cancelling. Disgusted with lack of Communicaton and inability to speak with an agent. What a mess and lost money on insurance premium! Money was taken incorrectly and never refunded. Tried to find a number to call and discovered they only use "online Chat" and would only give info to policy holder. Yet they used the telephone to call the non policy holder to give insurance policy details and take payment! also they only gave 7 days notice period (Which included Christmas holidays) to cancel insurance if further information on a previous claim made 2 years ago was not provided. This information they should have been able to sort out themselves as they deal with the AXA broker that have all the info on file. Incidentally AXA had recorded a fault claim without notifying the policy holder and was 100% incorrect.
