I'm feeling very nervous! not able to check policy schedule eg if I remembered to ask for business mileage; after paying initial amount, I would like to go back and check what I'm paying for, as it's taken the initial amount and then says 'additional extras will be charged separately', so I'm not sure if I'm going to be charged extra, on top of what I've already just paid for breakdown cover etc; and chat is closed, so cannot speak to anyone; and then on this screen encouraging feedback, the first thing I see is 'cancellation process' is "difficult". Hopefully once I receive policy schedule and can see what I've got and received a breakdown of charges I'll be able to add a better review... :0/ I would grateful for contact, setting my mind at rest...
