I understand that to keep a insurance company competitive, you need to develop a way of keeping communication time down with customers. But come on, almost a hour to cancel a insurance policy. Because there is no telephone direct numbers you can call. But being number 15 in a Line of people trying to make contact with your insurance provider, isn’t the way I want to spend my Saturday morning. I’m 100% in moving on with technical and on line chats . But there are way better things to do on a Saturday than to be wasting 52 minutes of your life on the end of a mobile phone. And then being charged £59 for administration costs. Is most definitely a complete P take . So this is my review. So 2 stars is all this review is getting and I can’t believe I’ve just wasted yet another 5 minutes of my life being bothered to write it to honest.
