Tried to cancel insurance policy. Spoke with 3 persons on life chat. Last contact sent over quote for cancelling and confirmed he would send in post. Wanted to discuss but Live chat
Ran out so Frustrating!!
Will wait and see now if information is sent in the post. I do not rate this as “Customer Service”
