I am continually frustrated by not being able to ring someone. The contact buutton needs pressing twice to get the chat box up so unitl i did this by accident i had no idea how to enter a chat. The wait time wasnt so bad today - 20 minutes whereas last time it was over an hour. The assistants are fine once you get through its just so hard to get through
