One call, must be the hardest of all insurers, you cannot actually talk to anybody at all, and only chat online (that's if you can even find the chat link)
I have just spoken on their chat for almost an hour and got nowhere at all.
I wanted to add to my policy, but was told this would cost £59.99 to cancel and another £30.00 to start a new policy.
Not great at all!
