Difficult to review an insurance company when I've not had call to claim but; Positive - they were on the cheaper end of the market.
Negative - almost weekly emails trying to upsell the breakdown cover, and trying to sell second car and house insurance. Didn't agree to be spammed and can't block their emails as it's the same address for all communication.
25+ minute wait to get through to chat.
Very high cancellation fee (£55+) means I will absolutely not use you again when I buy another car
