No documents on the portal so no valid insurance - despite having paid 2 weeks ago. When chasing it I found it difficult to find out how to actually contact OneCall (the website refers to Live Chat lots, but I had to use an external search to actually locate it).
After a long wait on LC the operator (di2 - Dean) sorted the problem - so credit to him but not the company!
